We were very proud to have the support of so many community members, including political and religious leaders, during our organizing campaign in the summer and fall of 2002. Below are links that demonstrate the broad community support that we, the nurses at FAHC, have for our union.

In 2003, our first contracts were won. The 2003-2006 RN and LPN contracts negotiated between Fletcher Allen Health Care and the Vermont Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals, UPV/AFT, AFL-CIO Local 5221 are available to download below.
